The propagation and rooting of tissue culture seedlings requires at least 2 months. In order to maintain the growth advantage of the product, the order is confirmed by the deposit paid by the orderer. If it is impossible to wait for the tissue bottle seedlings to complete propagation or rooting, the deposit will not be refunded.
Before shipment, all products will be checked for complete rooting. Although they are of the same variety, the growth rates of individual tissues vary. Therefore, the shipment time will be advanced or delayed depending on the degree of rooting completion to ensure the quality of the product you purchased.
This product must be taken out of the bottle by the purchaser, domesticated into G1 seedlings (original stock), and then continue to grow into G2 seedlings (original stock seedlings) and G3 seedlings (seed seedlings).
For single purchase amount less than NT$5000, the deposit is NT$500. For single purchase amount exceeding NT$5000, 10% of the total amount of the goods will be used as a deposit. The order will be sent after the deposit is paid.
Shipping costs are calculated separately. To help save your shipping costs, the current maximum loading quantity in a single container is adjusted to 15 plants. If you need to sort by variety, the minimum purchase quantity of each variety is 10 plants. If you do not need to sort, you can accept a combined order (such as 3 plants of each variety) to help save the shipping costs you need to pay.
Home delivery is mainly entrusted to Uni-President Express Co., Ltd., and a product home delivery tracking code is provided at the time of shipment to facilitate you to track your products.
If the delivery time coincides with a period of high delivery volume such as New Year holidays or celebrations, the delivery may be delayed due to the excessive volume. It is recommended that you contact the delivery company to pick up the goods at the nearest delivery point in the area.
G0 seedlings are packed in corrugated cartons with bottles and delivered at room temperature.
You can also choose to pick up the ordered products in person at our company at the agreed time.
